As we walked through the snow, Jocelyn and Austin were all smiles.  Snowy Charlottesville is definitely a hidden gem in Virginia!

Jocelyn and Austin's engagement photo session was originally planned to take place in the spring, but we opted to change it entirely because of the incredibly beautiful snowfall. We captured their photos in Charlottesville, Virginia at a nature trail. The snow was freshly untouched and the scenery looked like something out of a postcard. As we walked through the snow, Jocelyn and Austin were all smiles. They even had a little snowball fight! It was so much fun capturing their engagement photos in the snow. Snowy Charlottesville is definitely a hidden gem in Virginia!

If you're considering having your engagement photos taken in the snow, here are a few tips:
- First, make sure you and your fiance are comfortable with being cold! Snow is beautiful but it can also be freezing.
- Second, dress appropriately. Wear boots and layers that you can move around in.
- Third, find a photographer who is willing to trek through the snow with you. Snowy engagement photos are definitely a unique way to remember your special day!
- Lastly, have fun! Embrace the cold and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience! Snowy engagement photos are something you'll cherish forever.

The location we chose was right near the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville, and the snow made for some beautiful scenery. Jocelyn and Austin were all smiles, even though they were cold, and we got some great photos of them together.
